The first step after signing up is choosing the plan for your trial. You will see details for the two plans we offer immediately after registration. You can also learn more about them here.
If you decide to start your trial with the Pro Plan, just click on 'Start 7-day Free Trial' and fill out the required fields. The system will ask you to enter your country and payment method information.
💳 Unfortunately, a trial cannot be initiated without entering your payment details. This is necessary for the following reasons:
User authentication confirmation.
Automatic transition to a paid plan after the trial period ends.
Guarantee of quality service.
However, we assure you that your account will not be charged during the trial period. If you have any questions about adding your payment method, please contact the Kreo team via the in-app chatbot.
❗If your country is not on the list, please, contact Kreo team.You will be automatically suggested to enter your credit card details, but you can change the payment method and choose Direct Debit (bank transfer directly from your bank account) or Google Pay options.
🔒Your payment information is protected by Stripe (PCI Level 1 Service Provider).You will receive a reminder from Kreo before the first charge after the trial period. If you don’t cancel your subscription by the end of your 7-day trial, the charge will be applied automatically.
💼If you are looking for an enterprise subscription, you won’t be able to start your trial right away. Click 'Request Enterprise Trial' and the Kreo team will reach out to you. Enterprise subscription can be granted if you need some custom features, API access, or have a large team (more than 20 people).
