Purpose
Use the 3 point rectangle to measure area and perimeter of the relevant items on the drawing.

How to use the tool
Choose the 3 point rectangle icon on the toolbar.
To draw a 3 point rectangle, select the starting point, then click on the second point or specify the distance value between two points and select the last point after it.
To undo the last point, press "Esc" or "Ctrl"/"Cmd" + "Z" or "Backspace".
📝 Note!
Hold the "Shift" key to draw at an angle of 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90°.
