How to apply a promo code for a new user
Sign up via the registration form or use your Google/Microsoft account
Choose a most suitable plan for you
Fill in all the required data: subscription options, country, card details
Fill in the promo code field. Make sure to press “Enter” to apply it. You will see the activated promo code, your discount, and the final amount in the billing details below
Press “Start 7-day free trial” button
📝 Note!
Your promo code will be applied to the upcoming billing period. Thus, you’ll still have a 7-day free trial.
Once your free trial is ended, the promo code will be used for one billing period: the first month or year of using the product, depending on the subscription plan selected.
How to apply a promo code for a user with an active subscription
Press on your avatar at the right top of the screen and select the “Billing” option
Fill in the promo code field. Make sure to press “Enter” to apply it
Upgrade your subscription by adding more seats, add-ons or changing your subscription from monthly billing to an annual one. You will see the activated promo code in the billing details below.
📝 Note!
You are not able to apply the promo code without a subscription change.
Press the “Update Plan” button to apply all the changes
How to apply a promo code if you’d like to renew your subscription
This process is similar to applying a promo code for a new user. We suggest using the first instruction at the top of the page in this case.
However, there’re two main differences:
You have to sign in to your existing account instead of creating a new account.
You will not have a free trial period, as you already used it. Thus, your card will be charged and the promo code will be applied immediately after pressing the “Renew” button.
