Introduction

Kreo 2D Takeoff offers you several ways of how you can create links between different sheets of your takeoff or estimate.

Let's discover each of them in detail:

First Method

  1. Select the relevant cell in the report.

  2. Click on the formula bar and insert the equal sign there.

  3. Open the sheet, which you need to use the measurement from.

  4. Click on the cell you want to link to and press the "Enter" button.

Second Method

  1. Select the relevant cell in your report and insert the equal sign there.

  2. Open the sheet, which you need to use the measurement from.

  3. Click on the cell you want to link to and press the "Enter" button.

Third Method

  1. You can also create links between the sheets from the "multiple views" mode.

    πŸ“ Note!
    ​To enable the "multiple views" mode, click on the menu button placed at the very top of your report. Remember, that you need to have several pages in your spreadsheet to enable the option.

  2. Once the mode is enabled, open the relevant several pages of your spreadsheet.

  3. Select the relevant cell in the report and insert the equal sign there.

  4. Go to the sheet, which you need to use the measurement from.

  5. Click on the cell you want to link to and press the "Enter" button.
