The process differs depending on whether the payment method is your primary one or not.
How to Remove a Non-Primary Payment Method
You can easily remove any payment method that is not set as your primary one. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Log in to your Kreo account and navigate to the Billing section.
2. Click on Manage payment methods.
3. Select the payment method you wish to delete and click the Remove button.
4. A confirmation window will appear. Click Confirm to permanently delete the payment method.
How to Remove Your Primary Payment Method
A primary payment method is necessary to process payments for an active subscription to ensure uninterrupted service. For this reason, you cannot remove the primary payment method yourself.
Important: If you have already canceled your subscription, your card will not be charged again.
If you do not have any active subscriptions and want your final payment method removed, you must send a request to the support team.
To request removal:
• Send an email to andrew.kovalev@kreo.net.
• For security purposes, you must send the email from the same address associated with your Kreo account.
• To ensure faster service, use the subject line: Request to Remove Primary Payment Method.
The support team will process your request within 7 business days and will send you a confirmation email once the card has been removed.
