A complete refund will be granted if the user cancels their subscription and contacts the Kreo team within 7 days of the payment being processed. However, beyond this timeframe, a refund cannot be processed.
You cal always follow the status of your refund. Simply contact Kreo support team to check the status, if you haven’t received the refund it yet. Additionally, all Kreo users receive automated confirmation of their refund requests.
