What Pay as You Go model is

The Pay as You Go model is a pricing strategy where users are charged based on their actual usage of a service or product, rather than paying a fixed upfront fee. This model allows businesses to scale up or down based on demand without worrying about overpaying or underutilizing resources.

How Pay as You Go works in Kreo

Subscription

If you choose the Pay as You Go plan in Kreo, you only pay for the pages you use.
There’s no annual fee, no recurring charges, and no fee per user - the total cost is based solely on the number of pages you purchase.

💡 The more pages you buy at once, the lower the price per page will be.

You can always purchase additional pages at any time in the Billing section.

Free Trial on Pay as you Go Plan

You have a 7-day free trial to test all of Kreo’s tools and features on 2 measurable pages.
If you need more pages, you’ll need to activate a subscription.

After the trial ends, the subscription activates automatically, but you can cancel your trial at any time.

How to add purchased pages

Unlike fixed-rate subscriptions, when you open a project page, you won’t see any tools available to use on your drawing—it’s not an active page.

To activate this page, click anywhere in the toolbar area and use a purchased page. Once the page is activated, all tools will be available and ready to use.

You can see how many pages you have remaining in the upper right corner. If the number reaches zero, you’ll need to purchase more pages to continue processing.

How to buy more pages

You can always buy more pages on your Billing page.

1. Select the number of pages you want to purchase.

2. Click on ‘Buy pages’.
