To cancel your subscription, click on your profile icon placed at the top right hand corner of your working area in Kreo. There you will see the "Billing" tab. Then, select the option "Cancel Subscription".
Once you click on it, a quick survey appears to find out what is behind this reason, which is crucial for our team to understand.
Please, complete the survey and your subscription will be automatically cancelled by the system.
